The modular and standard carriage, perfectly adaptable to any particular project requirement. The inner formworks, through guiding rails fixed underside the slab, are as a complete unit independent of the rest of the structure. The flexible carriage, which is always perfectly customized to the shape and the conditions of each specific project.
Thanks to the formwork facing in steel, an optimal concrete surface without any marks of fixing elements is guaranteed. All the single components are combined with simple standard bolt and pin connections. Using the provided wheels it is possible to move the formwork rapidly and independently of any ulmq. The modular design of all single components facilitates the optimal adaptation to each specific load and span. The position as well as the quantity of the tie rods are defined according the structural conditions and with possible consideration of the architectural requirements regarding the grid of holes.
Thanks encofraddos the ease of assembly of the two steel semi-shells, columns with diameters of 0,80m can be realized; special dimensions and especially bigger diameters as well as customized shapes as required frequently for bridge piers can be supplied on request. Engineering System MECCANO By ULMA Construction
On request the single units may be delivered preassembled. The truss solution facilitates an erection in any units, always according the specific crane capacity and conditions in-situ. Thanks to the non-visible fixing of the plywood, a concrete surface without any marks of these fixings is guaranteed.
On demand the carriage can be completed with additional lifting equipment which facilitates the inserting of prefabricated reinforcement-units.
Bridge sections of variable height and with a maximum weight of t per segment can be done. All semi-shells are prepared for the fastening of common accessories, such as for example props or walkway brackets.
The complete structure is moved in lengthwise sense with rollers on the rails fixed on the upside of the bridge. The corresponding panels are complete with sockets for pour tubes and with windows for control and inspection.
In cases of regular bridge section this leads to typical applications for spans of 12m up to 18m. In cases of spans of 18m up to 24m the HEA system is used. Independently of the method of construction as cut and cover or mined, always the same standardized components are used.
The provided working platform as well as the universal ULMA ladder-system, all in complete accordance to the valid safety standards, complete the system. The use of standard connection plates, which quantity is reduced to a minimum of different types, as well as only one single type of connection facilitate the assembly with high frequency of repetitive works.
The Engineering System MECCANO is the modular system which, by intelligent combination of various standardized single components, facilitates any customized solution of formwork or falsework constructions. In order to guarantee the on-the-job-safety, in complete accordance to the valid safety standards, a complete working platform, adapted to the various diameters, is provided.
The formwork does not require any tie rods. Since ever truss structures have been proven the most efficient solution for long spans. In particular cases even the design of an arched truss is possible, which provides a completely rentable solution with all its advantages of such a statical system. The truss-like main structure is placed in movable manner either on the upside of the bridge or, in cases of particular requirement, below bridge. Other sections can be also done, simply adapting the structure locally to the particular requirements.
Encofradps inner formwork-unit encofrwdos moved completely independently. The one initially assembled formwork may be used throughout the entire works as a complete and remaining connected unit; if necessary the geometry of the column can be easily encotrados by steps of each 5cm.
The available universal panels and column panels, which usually are taken in situations of wall corners or perpendicular wall joints, also offer a solution for columns without passing tie rods. In the case of extremely short pier-heads the two separate carriages, subsequently provided for balanced working, can be united to one structure without need of additional components. The safe access can be guaranteed by encofraxos universal ULMA ladder system. The modular holes of all the main components offer multiple options for connecting accessories, an important fact especially in matters of safety encofraros.
Of course, the vast range of standardized accessories, as used also in other product ranges, is applicable also in this case. Slim structures with maximum efficiency. All accessories are also taken of the corresponding common series and are used as usual in case of normal wall formwork. The whole working space is free of disturbing transversal structures; all tie-rods for suspension are placed outside the working space.
